I am currently with Vodafone and need to make a decision to buy 14 usb data modems and airtime agreements. Looking at the 3gb per month.
My concern is that how can I manage the connections so that I know if someone is abusing their limits. Not find out at the end of the month but as soon as an issue arises?
Do vodafone provide some account login where you can see the data usage for each line?

The best option for you would be to register for Vodafone Online billing. By registering all the numbers for this service you can view the unbilled data for all the data cards.
It is worth bearing in mind that there's a 72hr delay for the online information and it maybe a little longer if the data card is being used internationally.
There are data counters on the Vodafone software that comes with the data card. This information can be managed on the laptops.
There are also 3rd party data counters available, we are however unable to offer any support for these and can't guarantee the accuracy of there results.
If you require any other information please don't hesitate to ask.

Can I put a block on International Roaming?
Also I am providing an all in one service whereby I provide the software, hardware and Vodafone connection to my client who then pays me. Even thought the contracts are with my business they are not used by us but provided as part of a complete service.
Is this acceptable? This does not fall foul of any T&C?

Hi
If you ring customer services when you get the data cards you can add an international roaming bar to the account. Once this bar has been applied the data cards won't be able to pick up any international coverage.
There should be no reason why we would stop you allowing another company to use the data cards. They will however be in your business name therefore making you liable for the account and the bills. You can add the users name to the account so they are able to contact Vodafone if they experience any issue but they won't be able to make any changes to the account.
