I have raised this with O2 and am waiting for their response but can anyone explain the disappearance of £5 credit from my acount (I only have the O2 Numbers bolt on and that's not payable again until 4th Feb)
My phone has been in my work bag (and yes it was locked) and was off since last night because of being discharged and has been charging since then.
Time for O2 to give PAYG customers access to their charge records methinks or their billing system is well and truly up the creek.
Anyone with any ideas?
