Hello there everyone - great forum and I hope you can help me out.

I today purchased the black N95 on the Three network. It's now all charged up and ready to go. I'd like to get the most out of the gadget, with key wants including satnav for England, decent internet access and a handful of challenging games.

As a newbie to 3g handsets (but a very good follower of instructions concerning multimedia gadgets), what would you experts advise me as "must dos" for tonight and tomorrow? I'm particularly interested/concerned about firmware upgrades vis a vis being on 3.

Thanks.

No? Nothing?

OK, here's something more specific. I cannot install any software from the enclosed disc. Everything - including PC Suite comes up as "failed" after a couple of seconds of taskbar. I took the disc back today for a replacement but the same thing still happens. I've uninstalled the old copy of PC suite (for a 6300) but still comes up as failed.

Help.

Forget about the software on the disc. Head over to nokia.com and download the latest Nokia PC Suite.

As for the maps, the inbuilt maps application can either download the maps as required when your travelling, or you can download the nokia map loader and preload the memory card with the maps you want.

As for the internet, the phone should be ready to go, simply open the web browser and go.

One of the best advice I've ever got is to always install applications to the phone memory and not the 8Gig extra memory

Thanks. I've unistalled everything and then grabbed it from the Nokia site - all works wonderfully.

So download the maps from Nokia and then the routing from Garmin?

Thanks - the PC Suite is all sorted.
