Upgraded to a N95 Classic last June, 02 have messed up and said im due for a upgrade alread, so changed from a 12 month contract paying £35 a month to a 18 Month contract with free upgrade to a N95 8GB. I could of stayed on a 12month contract and paid £99 so have i made a mistake or note? got 12 days or something to change my mind

Depends on how many free xnet mins + txt and/or any other extras you get.
Personally though I rather pay the £99 up front + 12 months contract. There are always new and better phones around the corner... 18 months is a v. long time.
12 x £35 + £99 = £519
18 x £35 = £630
Deal 1 is better because it's cheaper and you'll be out of contract sooner. ;)

They have dropped my line rental down to £30 now ive moved to a 18month contract. Plus ive only had the contact with the N95 for 7 Months because of the error on 02's system :)
