What a great lady sorted all my problems after hours on phone to various call centres, Emma went out her way to help and even called back when she said she would. Emma deserves an award for her customer service and was a real pleasure to deal with

all ways nice to see that peeople are reconising that there are people in vodafone that will go out of there way to help. i know emma and she is a very hard worker and i know a lot of people have very negative images of vodafone customer services but there are a lot of people that will help you and will do the best that they can emma is one of these.

I'm glad that I'm with a network with a UK based customer service facing team and believe me, dealing with Indian call centres is a nightmare! I had a hell of a time when I used to be with Three and after a call to Tiscali this week realised what a breath of fresh air it is to deal with people who not only have good knowledge of their products but also talk personally to you as a customer.

Interestingly I never knew Vodafone had offices near Banbury until I stayed at a mates in Bloxham last weekend, passed the call centre on the way over to Buckingham!
