Returning Phones

Hi

Have come to the end of my contract. I have 2 contracts

Renew 1 with and E65 for £13 a month
Renew 2 with K850i for £10 a month :laugh:

Anyway went to send the E65 back as I wanted the k850i for £10 aswell. They then tell me its not £10 its £20 :dead:

So I have requested jiffy bags to send them both back and cancel the contract, within 14days

They haven't turned up yet so am worried they will say I am outside the 14days.

Does anyone know the returns address for Three so if need be I can send these phones back myself before friday

You can not return the phone without the jiffy bag as they have the returns authorisation number on them. If you do send them back you would most likely end up with your new contracts in place and you will have no phones to go with the contracts.

Your best bet would be to call 3 c/s and get them to confirm that they have cancelled your contracts pending the return of the phones and have sent out the jiffy bags.

One minor thing in 3's terms it does state that the phones must not have been used, ie made a text, made or received a call or taken a picture.
