Hi to everyone!
I'm thinking of handing in my CV to apply for a weekend job at the Aylesbury retail store next week, and just wondered what people working in retail thought of thier jobs?
What sort of targets do you get set/what's a typical day like etc.?
Also, I'm a tad confused with the way the interview process works. From what I understand from the phone call I had with someone from the store its all done centrally, but how do they actually carry out all the interviews and training?
At the moment I work in a newsagent but I'd really like to work in an environment where I get to interact with customers more and really make sure that everybody is as happy as possible.
