I have recetly purchased a nokia n73, and yesterday morning when i turned it on it asked me to enter the time and date (?) so i did. Then when i turned it on again this morning it asked me to enter it again, so i did. Then just as a test i turnd the phone off and back on again and it asked me to enter it again. This is really anoying. I have taken the batter and sim card out to see if that works but no, still the same. Could you please help. Thanks

Take it back!
The battery inside may have been faulty when they installed it. Or it could be another related fault!!
My money would be the internal battery though.

I've got the same with mine, so thanks very much for the advice. As mine is T-Mobile, will they be able to replace the internal battery at the shop? Do you think I can change it with one in another (older) Nokia?
Cheers,

A service centre will be able to do this or they should!
In older Nokia's the batter just popped out, granted you had to strip down the phone to gain access to it but it was easy!!
I have seen some phones with the battery soldered to the board, they may just swap your handsets for another.
