I run a small business and vodafone dont give a dam about service its all promises, I liked the coverage but the call centres are terrible to deal with as a result of lack of communication with them I am porting no more numbers and going legal enough is enough of nothing but lies and bad customer care, but they are quick enough to call when offering deals or looking for money

You haven't really said what your issue is with them apart from "bad customer service", if you could give more details then some of the forum members or Vodafone may be able to help you out.
