can anyone tell me if there is an update for the 6120
This depends on what network you are on, I am running V 3.83 dtd 19-06-07 with 3 UK firmware. Yet when I checked the the nokia updater service it said V 3.70 was the latest available for 3 UK.

Was it supplied with 3.83, or did you update it. Mine was brought last week an has 3.70, no updates available (also on 3)
I updated it via the nokia updater, it still has 3 firmware on it.

Due to a number of problems with updating the Nokia 6120 Classic, we have temporarily removed Nokia 6120 Classic support from the Nokia Software Updater service. Other Nokia products are not affected. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and will endeavour to release the software again as soon as possible.

I tried to double check my firmware a short while ago and the updater said phone was not supported and that would explain the error message.
I must admit when the updater updated my firmware to v 3.83, yet their info page stated v 3.70 was the latest I wondered if there was something going on.

6120c update available!
Thanks Rexton270, one of the generic firmwares is up to V04.21, while the updater service says the latest version for 3UK is still V3.70.
It still leaves me with a query why my 3 UK phone reports it has V3.83 firmware, might have to install the updater again to see what the updater programme reports.
