Hi I have not been with vodafone for very long but there customer service is shocking.

My phone a moto Z8 has been playing up , switching it self off, poor battery life arranged for a replacement this never turned up.

No one gives there full name as it is company policy.
To speak to a manager you request it with customer service , who inform you that a manager will call you in 24-48 hours.
I have done this on numurous occassions and have never been called back.
By moaning to someone , I managaed to speak to a manager once who promised me the earth but has deliverd nothing.

1) He promised to send out a replacement phone with a new battery.
A old moto phone turned up with no battery , the courier took my Z8 with battery , So im now left with a old phone without a battery.

2) He also promised to waive my months phone bill.
Recived my bill yesterday, the months bill is still there.

I now await a phone call from a manager again!!!

Hi UKsparx,

I'm sorry to hear about the recent problems you've been having with your phone and I'm sorry you haven't received your call backs as requested.

I work for Vodafone and I'd like to help you get this resolved, to do this I will need to view your account. If you would like me to do this please can you contact me using the Vodafone online contact us form (https://online.vodafone.co.uk/dispatch/Portal/appmanager/vodafone/wrp?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=Page_Help_ContactUs&pageID=PCU_0002)here. If you include the code FIT135 in the body of the email it will ensure it comes through to my team, please fill in all the details the form asks for so I can access your account without having to ask for more information.

I look forward to hearing from you so we can sort this out.

Thanks
Gembo
