Hello...I am new to this site...although not new to either mobile phones or forums.....please can someone help me?...
I find it strange that once you have placed an order on T Mobile website, you must wait for an email from them to give you an order confirmation number which they already give you on the application itself whilst online, before you can check on the status of your order...?
Appreciate this is for check of valid email address, but I am still waiting for my email and according to my web confirmation, my phone will be with me in the next 12 hours...!!!!
How can I check the status of my order online please?
