Strange MMS problem

So I've ported into Orange from Virgin Mobile, and everything is pretty sweet, apart from receiving MMS from a friend on T-Mobile. I can send to her ok, and I get the notification when she sends to me, but I can't download it.

MMS from other people (on O2) work ok, and I don't know anyone else on T-Mobile to test if it's a network specific issue, or just her account. Oh and she used to be able to send them to me when I was on Virgin Mobile...

Any suggestions - Orange CS reckon it's a T-Mobile fault. Well they would, wouldn't they :tired:

further info - She can send to other people on Orange ok, it's just me that she can't :-/

A further update. After a few days I get a message telling me to download my T-mobile MMS from http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/pmcollect

Should I get that as I'm on orange?
