Hi
I'm a happy O2 customer so this is not a whinge so all O2 staff can breath a sigh of relief :D
My question is simply this, is there an e-mail address/web form that I can fill in that goes to the O2 Network planning/engineering teams as the 3G coverage where I live is dire and am stuck between two masts on roundabouts (which sitefinder tells me are Vodafone masts)
Can anyone advise me of the correct procedure?

unfortunately, there is no way for you to get to radio planners or network engineers... we are kept in very small rooms with no lights so the general public cant reach us.
on top of that, for all networks, the radio planners know exactly where the holes are, the problem is we dont control the money.... so people in other departments decide if we can have the money to build

There are laws against being kept in small rooms with no light you know :D
On a serious note, thats really annoying as although all my customer services experiences have been positive with O2, being a technical person (though a vastly differing field of course) I prefer to deal with technical people like yourself as most (and I stress not all) CSRs don't seem to have that much tech knowledge beyond what is on their screen.
My nearest mast (and I found this out via google maps on my K800i is about a mile away)
Thanks for your input though
