I was not aware that O2 starts charging for 0845, 0870 etc calls from 28 September(had no notification from O2) when I checked my online account and I was horrified to see they charged me £60 in October and £150in November for 0844 international calls . called the customer service and I've been told that they will check if I received any notice (didn't get any)
They say that if i cancel I will have to pay the remaining mnths of my contract as i have passed the 30 day notice period.
They said "make a complaint" .Sent a complaint letter to CPW Due to I’ve not been informed of changes .Since they didn't respond phoned o2 who informed me that an SMS, email was sent. This did not happen! I told them that if i had i wouldnt have racked up £200 worth of calls would i!!!
I've ended with cancelling DDebit with my bank at the end paying my bills.....
Didn't get any refund and I'm stuck with my contract :dead:
All that time I've experienced very poor and very rude cs.
