I finally purchased a 6120 on Thursday. Now the battery has gone flat and I am unable (or so it would appear) to recharge it. The phones going straight back tomorrow but it the mean time Im looking for a bit of advice on what could be the problem.
The phones charger does appear to have power at the mini jack but it doesnt get warm. Is this normal as Id have expected it to get at least a bit warm. Unfortunately I dont have another Nokia charger to test it with.
The battery even though on charge is stone cold again is this normal?
When I first recieved the phone it was fully charged but noticed that when i plugged the phone jack in I didnt get any "phone charging" message or icons. My other Nokia phone is a few years old so I didnt think too much of this at the time. I guess that probably answers my own question!
So is it most likely the Phone the battery or the charger .........or all of them?
