rebranding 6288 vodafone onto 3

My question is that i am going to get a vodafone nokia 6288 and i am going to unlock it soon...i was wondering if someone can supply me with the NOKIA 6288 3 BRANDED PRODUCT CODE, so i can flash the phone using nokia softwareupdater and then get the firmware required for the 3 phone with all teh certificates so i can use planet 3 to the optimum....can anyone supply me wid dis code...and if there are any tips or any easier softwares i can use then please let me no..thanx in advance!!:D::D:D:D

NSS change to product code :

3 uk product code 0541913

NSS will not read/rewrite unless you disable the 6288 USB modem in control panel ---->modems---->6288--------->properties---->disable


change product code with NSS

close NSS

enable USB modem in device manager


NSU to update ( if NSU still dont work re-check modem enabled & reboot )

Thanks Seaniboy..

But i still got a problem, i succesfully managed to get nss to work i changed the product code, upgraded it with nus...(to 3 uk6288)....i thought id go on to messenger, i try to download it with the firmware, but i still get the message saying "Certificates Not Found On Sim Or Phone"

Ummm...ive upgraded it,..I WANTED A OFFICAL 3 UK 6288 PRODUCT CODE, NOT THE GENERIC¬!!!!!!
