I am on 3's USB HSDPA Modem and am unable to access http://my.orb.com over 3g from every PC I have tested. I can access the site on traditional ADSL broadband. Seems to be something fundamental as ping my.orb.com also times out on 3g but not on ADSL broadband.

3 say that there is nothing from their side blocking access - any one else able to confirm access or non access.

I believe that Three block access to *.orb.com unless you are on X-Series Gold.

I would like to know if anyone has found a way round this as there are times I would like to use Orb and don't mind it coming out of my X-Series Silver "allowance".

Thanks for the reply and that would explain it.

I am on the mobile broadband plus 3gb data tariff with a USB HSDPA modem (no phone). Three have told me that they are no blocks on this service and so far I have found this to be true, except for ORB, as I have been testing all non standard web browsing traffic, such as VOIP, and all have been successful.

Three have been trying to contact me to run through some troubleshooting but as I do not have a three phone it means an 0870 call. Was hoping someone else who has the same package could test ping my.orb.com

Works on my E61 using the Nokia browser not the planet 3 one,works on docs and pics but cant get aidio or video but think thats a firewall problem at pc end
