Changing the Pay-as-you-go priceplan

Heya.
Dunno if this is the right forum, but how often can I change the price plan (from "Text Appeal" to "Everyone" and vice versa) with T-Mobile Pay As You Go? And does it cost anything to do so?

hey you can just dial 146 from PAYG and follow instructions usually changes from midnight from when you do it or 24 hours and will text you to confirm the change
