After a long Saga with the link, they finaly sent me a replacement handset which i had no idea the fun i was going to have...

The phone worked great for about a day, making calls, sending texts, brilliant, best of all it had verison 20 software on her, so she was awesome. A day later, my new found love turned in to hate, when i had to send the mobile back, as it was giving me the error sim card registration failed.

To cut a long story short, they sent the handset back to me saying there was nothing they can do, and that if i wanted anything i need to buy a new handset. Obviously i was not happy with this as i am paying a contract to orange, and also the link have a contract with me to supply working goods, however they are no willing to budge.

On further inspection of the notes that they sent back with the handset it seemed to suggest that it was blacklisted. After a quick phone call to Orange my provider, my fears are confirmed, however they are saying that because they didnt blacklist it, they cannot unblack list it. T-mobile have also confirmed it was black listed, and they are unwilling to do anything with the set, as im not a Tmobile customer. They have refereed me back to Orange and said get them to sort it....

So what do i do now? Orange dont want anthing to do with it, nor do tmobile

If the replacement handset provided by the link is blacklisted then it is down to them to sort it
