hello there,
Recently purchased a new N95, after selling my original. I had bought the voice guidance for 3 years on the original N95, not realising there was a 12 digit lisence code given when I bought the voice guidance.
On my new N95, the maps work fine but I am being prompted to purchase the voice again. After paying £49 recently, is there a way I can get the voices transferred to my new phone? I do not have the IMEI number of my original phone, but still have the card I purchased the voices from, and obviously the same sim card.
Nokia's UK tel number seems to be mon-fri only... but wondered what my chances were of getting them to transfer my subscription?
Also... when attempting to buy the new licenses for 3 years I get an error message no matter what debit card I use? would this be due to me having purchased maps before??
Any advice on this would be most appreciated.
