First you need to download a software called maploader which is for the PC. Check nokia website for this. This allows you to download physical maps of countries to your phone to work with the inbuilt GPS software (which is named Nokia Maps to just confuse you further :)). You need to connect your phone to the computer with the supplied USB cable for this process to work. Follow the onscreen instructions.
Once you have the maps downloaded. Launch Nokia maps it will always ask for some kind of connection. Easy way is just to point it to t-mobile internet this allows for AGPS to work for quicker fixes. Then just go outside with your phone keypad open pointing at the sky. You should get a fix within a couple of minutes.
The reason you're getting the BT voyager because that is probably your home WIFI router or if you're being bad trying to use someone elses WIFI router. It's asking for WEP or WPA key because the router is secured. I don't want to confuse with jargon you probably don't understand. Just ignore this paragraph and follow the instruxtions I gave earlier. :D
