I got my E51 last night, and so far it has met almost all of my expectations.
The wifi has good range and is easy to configure.
The phone has good GSM and 3G range, it seems a bit better than a N95 I used for a few days.
The buttons on the side and top are very stiff and hard to operate.
Although this is an uncustomised, never-locked phone, the visual radio application will only work over GPRS, not wifi.
I will post some more in a few days when I have a memory card, and have played with SIP calls.

I got SIP calls working using sipgate. They have a very good configuration guide available once you sign up, and I like the "local" phone number they provide. The E51 automatically registers via wifi at home and at work.
The E51 does seem to lose registration on the sipgate registrar occasionally (not due to loss of wifi coverage) but at least it beeps when that happens.

Hi v12mike,
How are you finding your phone? I'm looking at ordering 1 in the next day or 2, This is too replace my N95 as my Business phone.

Generally, I am still loving it. I think that the biggest compromise is with the screen size, so if you do stuff with your N95 that puts lots of small text on the screen, then the the E51 will be harder to read.
While playing with Symbian applications, I have managed to crash the phone a few times, but I think that that is typical of any Symbian phone.
I still curse the on/off button every time I fight it (fortunately I usually leave the phone turned on 24h).
I chose the E51 primarily for its wifi capability, its slim profile when sitting in pocket, and its reasonable price when compared to the N95.
It is great as a phone which has occasional use as a smart phone, but in no way would I recommend it as a PDA replacement (due the screen size and keypad).
I still can't think of much to critisise.
I have not heard if the UK networks are locking any features on subsididised phones (e.g. FM, internet radio over wifi or voip over wifi), but you should check first if this is applicable to you.

Thank you very much for your well informed reply, I'm still contemplating it.
But think it will be a good compromise of a phone, plus the occasional crashing is part of owning a Nokia!!
