Has anyone had any success in getting a 12 month deal on upgrade.

I only have 2 days before I need to submitt my 30 days notice, and wondered what others have been able to achieve with 3.

When I phoned about upgrades in general about a month ago (mine isn't due until next month) the CS rep seemed to suggest that a 12 month upgrade wouldn't be a problem.

Have you tried calling to see what's available?

I too have been calling for a while now, but each CS rep i speak to remains adamant about only giving out 18 month deals.

I have tried both the upgrade team, and cancellations.

I know it appears to be who you are lucky enough to speak to, but I wonder if a particular time slot / shift has any bearing on deals?

If it helps, when I spoke to the person who told me about the 12 month deals, it was about 6pm on a Wednesday.

Although, she may just have been talking rubbish, you never know!

They do offer 12 month contracts, it comes down to how much they want you to stay.

I got a 12 month contract, a free Nokia E65, 300 minutes, 150 texts, 25 mms, 25 video messages and £5 free downloads per month for £25 per month.

On top of this I also got a £10 discount off my line rental for life making a nice £15 per month.

Just be persistent
