I don't think you can block a phone from receiving calls from particular numbers.
I tried once when I was receiving some nuisiance calls and was told that it's not possible.
Also, if those are peoples personal numbers you've posted, you may want to consider editing your post to respect their privacy.

It is possible but they have to contact you persistantly and you then have to contact the police.
oh, and they charge you for blocking it.
