hi six months ago i went to my local tmobile shop to see if they would let me have a contract with them as i was ending one with another company and wanted more for my money so to speak .
i enquired with the member of staff on how much i would have to pay ect ect and thought fair enough he also said that if i find that i am not using all the allowance up then i can change to a lower tariff no problems after 6 months.
so i find myself needing to lower my allowance only to be told that i will have to wait until 11 months have passed before they will even consider changing my plan.
my next problem is that when i applied for the contract the shop assistant asked what i have for my id, so i took out my pre paid credit card and asked if this was any good not a problem came the reply.
so he set about ringing credit reference people ar whoever they contact and started reeling off the details to them then there was a slight pause as he hesitated and started to go on that yes there was other id to prove who i am and started to tell the person on the other end of the phone that i have provided gas,water and electric bills all of which i didn't produce.
(it is at this point you can all laugh and make fun of me for being a complete loser)
i admit i am a meek man and will avoid confrontation at all times as you can see it has taken me this long just to pluck up th courage to type all this out .
i would be extremely greatful if someone can help me with all these issues as they are causing me a great deal of anxiety at the mere thought of writing letters, phoning people ect ect i know i should have said something sooner but i am to nervous lacking in confidence to stand up for my rights
