Please help 3 week old w910i

I have the w910i on contract with vodafone ,it swithches itself off and on camera light on all the time it is 3 weeks old.
Have been in contact with vodafone 4 different people one stated to go to the store and they will check to see if phone is faulty ,have done this and they stated it was ,but even though they stated they would exchange it over the phone they have now decided after arguing with themselves that they would send it off for repair as it is outside the 14 day exchange can someone let me know if this right

yep if its outside of the 14 day exchange or refund period, then it will be going away for repair

Hi jojotarbs,

If your phone is outside of the initial 14 day peace of mind period but still within your contract term you're covered by Vodafone's warranty. We can either arrange a repair via a Vodafone store, or via the post if you're unable to get to a store. Either way it takes about 5 working days from when you hand the phone over; we'll get the handset fixed or if we can't, we'll replace it with another one.

Having just sent my samsung f700 off for the 2nd time in less than 2 weeks, they will not replace a phone untill they have looked at it 3 times. They said
