3 weeks had new phone on contract called vf Cs whom told me to take it to store if they found a fault with handset or battery they will exchange it .
Took it to store they checked out messages on account stating the info above ,they left a message on account to state handset faulty told me to call cs as i brought over phone which i did .Called cs they asked to speak to sales person so handed call to her she was told this information was not correct ,she even asked why i had been given this information and for that person not to send customers in to the store giving them incorrect info, but they stated they would not be giving a exchange to send it off for repair.......:laugh: .Laughable :laugh: they cant even get the information correct between them ........so without a phone as want to charge 20 for a phone to borrow .
Have another contract with vf ends in march will not be renewing it .
