Hi,

Does anyone know if this is correct please. I want to occasionally use my phone as a modem to connect to my laptop, and I have been told that if I use the £1 a day unlimited internet feature on orange, I can use the phone as a modem all day until midnight for just £1?
Would anyone be able to confirm if this is correct please, I have tried a couple of CS team at orange and they are very helpful but a bit vague and obviously dont want to end up with huge data bill.

Thanks

Yes and No.

Technically yes you can, it connects and works with a laptop and used occasionally probably wont be a problem.

Their terms and conditions specifically mention it cant be used for this and if you do they reserve the right to restrict access.

Not sure if the £1 bundle has been capped to 25mb per day on this or not. I did use this whilst on holiday before getting unlimited bundle on contract and it worked very well for a few e-mails and a little surfing but hammer it and expect to loose it.

Hope this helps a little.
