My Mum is looking at getting shot of her Three contract as it runs out just after christmas and she's going to be living over in Dubai for about 2-3 Months. I told her that she's best porting to a PAYG mobile to keep her number which I'm thinking of doing for her. Once she's back in the UK around March, I'll be looking at a contract for her, more suited to her needs.
Question is, T-Mobile have some offers on free PAYG SIM's, what is the minimum duration you can run on these without topping up or do most PAYG deals by all major networks now not stipulate a minimum top-up amount per Month? Being a Contract customer for the last 13yrs, I'm not in tune with what happens in the world of PAYG.
Three might offer her a knock-down bargain deal and if so she'll take it but their initial contract renewel deal of £16/Month wasn't as good as you can get if you hang out.
