Hi,
Ive had a nokia 6300 with vodafone for a few months now however ive recently lost my job and need to cancel my contract as i cant afford the direct debit. I phoned up the customer services and when i asked about cancelling the girl said i would need to pay off the line rental for the rest of the contract which is £400+. Basically is there any way of ending a contract early as i obviously cant afford to pay the line rental off. Ive written an email explaining this to vodafone and im wondering what response i can expect.
P.s not sure if this is in the right area of the forum(it seems the most relevant)
