Hoping to generate some ideas as i've had some issues dealing with nokia support in the past, seems the repairs centre or the people they hire to do it only know how to flash firmware (& would hope other things).

Previous had a N73, sent it special delivery to sort my deal screen pixel problem, they sent it back flashed & not fixed although they report stated it was fixed. got it sorted eventually long story. :dead:

The N95, nice phone, crappy battery if u want to use the functions especially 3G web surfing. Nice new firmwar speeds it up real good. I recall reading that the quality of version 20.0.015 was not as good, i've tested it & cannot see any particular difference. :tired:

My camera on one N95 is another story, over exposed images, not sure what caused it but most certainly not firmware as ive had the issues for a couple months. So i suspect some broken hardware. Have a look

Suggestion welcomes, god knows how i can explain this issues without breaking they phone one a service tech's head, they already sent it back once with only flashing the firmware & said it was fixed.

Doesn't take a genius to see those photo's are not right!

If they've flashed the firmware and the problems still there then I guess it has to be a hardware problem. Push them for a replacement phone.

Unfortunately when a companies sticks their fingers in their ears & just update the firmware most of the time it gets a bit difficult to explain the fault.

Called support & was told just send it again.

Lets hope they notice the letter this time around. I would hate to receive it with yet another firmware update & the same problem.

Not had a problem with exposures.....when I can get the camera to work. Most times when opening the camera I just get a black screen with the icon bar. Giving it a whack will sometimes open the viewer, it's a right pain. Nokia suggested taking it to a care point which I shall do when I get the time.

Updating firmware (v20) hasn't cured the problem.
