o2 3g couvarage

hi i have a o2 3g mobile were i live (carlisle) ther is brilliant 3g couvrge i can go like 1-2miles out of carlisle and lose 3g couvarge untill i go to like a magor city can some one tell me if o2 will fix this problem?:laugh

you are unlikely to be covered by 3G on O2 in that area for the foreseeable future. (years) Carlisle and Penrith is about as much as they will cover there.
