3 CUSTOMER SERVICE....good afternoon sir this is 3 its your upgrade time altho your contract runs out in march we can offer you it now
ME.....i have an n95 with xseries and various free add ons etc at £25 p-m , so what are you offering me to stay.......
3 CUSTOMER SERVICE we have an n95 with less minutes and texts then you have now for £35 p-m ...BUT the n95 is now free so you will not have to pay for it...
ME i am confused .. i already have an n95 so how can you upgrade me to one and put up my monthly price plan ?...
3 CUSTOMER SERVICE....well sir there are not sim only upgrades, you have to have a new phone to upgrade to another plan
ME you are mental , you want me to send you my n95 so you can send me another one and charge me more...

at which point i put the phone down as i had more important issues to attend to, like itching my toe...hopefuly come march there will be some decent nseries phones available
