hi all
I have a major problem!
I was installing an software upgrade from the nokia website and after reading the bit about how important it was to have a full battery charge before was essential as if it ran out whilst installing it would be critical, well...
...I charged the phone and proceeded,
BUT...
...Half way through the installation... The PC showed a CONNECTION ERROR!
Meaning the installation failed!
I now have a phone with NO SOFTWARE wont even turn on...nothing...dead :mad:
The phone is 14 months into a contract
Any ideas?????
