Signed up for one of these around September time and it worked great. Good speeds, easy to use, no d/cs, so was very happy with it.
however over the last few weeks, the connection constantly hangs when trying to get on sites. Myspace, Facebook and hotmail all allow me to login, but when trying to load the next page, all I get is 'waiting for http:.....' and the page never appears.
I have spent around 3 hours on the phone to customer services over the last 2 days and they recommended me to use Dr TCP to help it. A google search brought up a post on this forum from someone with similar problems. Whilst the technical support faffed about a bit, I tried the recommended settings. It greatly improved the service, but it is still far from perfect.
Anyone with any advice on what to do? Im not really happy paying £30 odd a month for a service that doesnt perform properly.
