Is Viewty compatible with the Xseries silver?

Has anyone managed to used it as a modem via Bluetooth?

And I have read it can not do 3Mail! Is this correct?

Yes it compatible with X-Series Silver.

I have tried to use the phone as a modem but it does not work. Using verbose logging on the ppp connection there was a CHAP authentication error, which can be fixed using the username three.co.uk the password set to three.co.uk. Thats as far as I have got so far.

I am guessing three have disabled the modem part of the phone (or at least access to).
