many people have reported - including myself- an issue with 3rd party apps installed on this phone and left running in the background.
This was first noticed when I installed RotateMe http//www.bysamir.fr/. The USB connection seems to be disabled for no apparent reason. The phone doesn't even give you the menu options to choose between 'PC Suite' or 'Data transfer' , etc... At the beginning, it was thought that the app rotateme was causing this conflict but later found out that it occurred with other apps like FExplorer for example. The strange thing is that if you reboot the phone and re-launch these apps in the background, the USB connection is back up again!!!! But not for long. The apps have been installed in the phone memory.
Has anyone experienced this problem with their phone-PC connections when 3rd party apps are running in the background?
Can we use this thread to report this particular issue please so that Nokia is made aware of them?
