Getting you email on your phone

Know the easy way

just log in to my Hotmail plus account through my web browser.

For years I seen the email option the text message sections of my past phones but never bothered.


Mate got his K850i yesterday, and within 10 minutes of setting it up at the pub he was reciving his emails.

So I have a K800i which seems to have the same faucility.

So two questions

1- Can I do it on mine (My email account has POP3)?

2 -and other than normal internet data, are there any other cost like on Blackberrys?


I assume I'll have to set up an O2 email account too?

My phone has 3 data accounts

O2 mobileweb, O2 Wap GPRS, O2 Wap GSM


I assume the O2 mobileweb is the one I have to use, will there be extra charges, I have the 200meg per month £7.5 bolt-on.

yep think that's the same if it's pop3.

for standard hotmail users, the 'live' version works on wap, though i tend to use opera mini.
