MOBILE phone giant O2 has won its appeal to erect a mobile phone mast in Hatfield Road, St Albans.
St Albans District councillors rejected plans to install a 12.5 metre high phone mast in St Albans in June, claiming it would mar the landscape and cause be an eyesore.
