Just ordered mine today via 333

May not be available in stores - who knows.

I wasn't offered a loyalty discount on this phone despite paying £100 a month and being in my fifth year now with 3 - so be warned it doesnt look like they are giving it away.

But if you want one and can upgrade - get on the phones tonight before they run out of stock!

Strangely enough I just checked and its not showing on the website yet.

And the online sales assistants said its not in stock!

Maybe its just being offered to renewals due to limited stock today - with more to follow tomorrow - who knows.

But my advice is ring 333 as I've just got mine and get it whilst its there if you want it!

You guys are right. Three really are not giving them away. I ordered one for £110 on a 12-month tariff. I was sick of waiting for the phone and what they offered me was marginally better than T-mobile's current offers so I took it (but after hard negotiation).
For £25 per month with Three, I now get:
300 mins
750txts (150 is standard but I got 500 extra as a 'loyalty' bonus)
25 mins video
50 mms
£5 download allowance.

The £110 for the phone was a bit hard to swallow. They were prepared to give it to me for £60 if I took a £35 tariff.

Yeh they really are playing hard ball at the mo - maybe its because sales go thru the roof in Dec.

Perhaps we should all have just waited till Jan...who knows

It's showing on the online store, yes. However, does anyone know of a way to order it without the £7 of video minutes bundled? I can honestly say video calling is the least useful feature to me, so I would prefer not to pay £7 for it!

Maybe if I visit them in store?

hi all well im trying to send my 850i back but they wont have it.having real probs with it and they said they will do a diagnotics test on it and if they find its ok then i cannot send it back.i have had this phone for 4 days.i am being very calm but i have now been on hold for 5 mins while they try sort something.plus when the phone arrived the battery even had 3 dents in it.why should i pay £100 pounds for something that is faulty.grrrrrrrrr.

yeh ha there is a god ,after being ever so calm and speaking to 3 people my phone goes back tomorrow.
3 are a good company and i think the language is a problem but if you can be patient then i know they can help you very well

Sorry to hear about the problems you had with your k850i.

I can honestly say this is the best phone i've ever had by a million miles.

Although I hated 3 at the time for being so slow in releasing it - I think they may have used that time wisely to ensure that they resolved many of the problems other networks were having with it.
