3 mobile broadband- please help!!

Hello i am on this 3 mobile broadband lite user 1gb a month,
yesterday i got a message saying i have used all my megabites since the 3rd of november.
but when i log in to my3 and check my usage it says i have over 700mb still to use this month!
has this happened to any of you
suggestions appriciated

sorted they sent the message by accident
still got 700mb to use, im on it at least 2 hours a day and its only gone down to 700mb glad i did not go for 15 a month:)
