alter settings and delete stuff before sending for repair without seeing the screen? eg by Nokia suite or something???

Use the av lead and plug it in to your tv, thats what i done. Mine was sent back to Vodafone and they said nothing about it being changed to euro1 or the latest firmware. Mind you they didnt fix it either as they said it was water damage!!
