hi i recently lost my phone and got it blacklisted i claimed for a new one as it was insured, i recieved the new one about 3 weeks ago, my old phone has now been found (down the side of my mums sofa). can i still get the old phone unblacklisted to use although i have paid £25 and recieved a new one, i am with 3. thanks.

AFAIK once you have made a claim and a replacement takes place the old phone technically becomes the property of the insurance company.
If you use both phones the insurers could say you have made a fraudulent claim as you have not informed them that the property was found.
