Hi
Anyone else receiving this message when trying to connect up to the web over 3g?
Its just started happening over the last hour or two - I've not changed any setting that I'm aware off, my 3 access point looks fine.
Cheers
Drew

Same here: I have 4 devices in front of me and not one can access the net. Was on the phone to them for 40 minutes and they denied anything was wrong. This is a repeat of last week when the whole data service was offline from 1600 until 1100 the following morning. That outage appeared to bring improvements but now, I'm getting thoroughly fed up.

Can't be paying for a service that goes offline once a week: am especially miffed that there were no recorded announcements pertinent to the situation nor any service updates on their website.
It is beyond comprehension that I can be on to an engineer for 40 minutes who gets me to do silly things like take the battery out!! Clearly there is a big problem when I have 4 HSDPA devices live, none of which that will access the 3UK net.

Have just spoken to an engineer on 500 -was amazed that I got through so quickly.
He tells me that the whole of the UK is down tonight. he says that the north of Ireland has separate issues but that we and all of the UK are down tonight and it should be resolved within 24 hours. It appears it wasn't/ isn't anything to do with maintenance or upgrading.
While not unfriendly he was not overly helpful or apologetic about it and actually seemed very matter of fact. I pointed out that this was the 2nd Thursday in a row for me and it wasn't 'OK' but no further help or information was forthcoming.
Seems we can lump it.....

It seemed to clear overnight (certainly for me anyway).

You might have to ask CS to resend the configuration for the access point. I had to retrieve a new one and delete the old one before it started to work again.
Very strange issue. It was even acknowledged on the automated call attendant system.
