Hi,
I have subscribed to the internet browsing pack and therefore get the mymail notifications free of charge. This was set up over a week ago and has only worked for 1 day. I can pull email down, but no longer get notifications of new email. I have phoned customer services many times and been passed around all departments, but it still does not work.
Is this service actually working? Does anyone else have any problems?
Im using an N95, and have used the auto config sent by vodafone to set this up. I have also changed the automatic retrieval to home only as advised by vodafone.
Any help appreciated.
