O2 staff plan

Apparently I'm entitled to O2 staff discount with my job. If i were to sign up for a staff tariff, how would upgrades work? at the end of my contract period would i still be entitled an upgrade on the same tariff if i no longer worked for the company, or would i have to pay full whack to get the upgrade? or if i still worked for the company, would i be able to just keep my staff tariff? thanks

when you leave, your staff tariff disapears.

however, as long as you are there, you are entitled to upgrades the same as you normally would be

You'd probably be put on a 12Mth contact, so upgrades would work as normal.

your staff tariff only dissapears when you upgrade... if your leaving take simplicity with staff tariff before and never upgrade
