N73 Question??

have been bought a nokia N73 for my birthday. I have been going through the settings and was wondering how I can change the middle joystick looking button that when i push it dow it opens up the main menu instead of pushing that weird button on the side??

I have looked in settings/phone/standby mode/ selection key but there is no option to select menu anywhere?? Am I doing this all wrong or does that mean you cannot use the middle key to open the menu??
