Hello all,
This may seem completely useless to some of you, but for those who know why you'd want to kill the battery, try this:
Open up 'maps', and plan a long route (e.g. London to Edinburgh), start the simulation, and turn the volume down. This will use up a lot of battery, as the screen stays lit, the gps (and possibly data if you use a-gps) will run and your battery will be flat in no time :)

But why would you want too?

Well, if you want to condition the battery when first using it, or if you want to do a full charge from flat at any time, you can use this tip. Uses more battery than music playback etc, and is less annoying!

But its a Lithium Ion battery in the N95!
or if you want to do a full charge from flat
Why?
EDIT
Just found a post that may help you as you don't seem to grasp the type of battery that the N95 uses:

Here is a good link on just how to get the best from any Lithium-based battery.

I can't believe that some still think you should condition a Li-ion battery. There is so much that a simple search would pull up! Try it!

i was told in the shop i should let it fully die before recharging, ignoring the battery low messages, i just got my phone today, i plugged it in and it had 2 bars and was lasting ages, then 1 bar with messages coming up i was expecting it to die soon, i kept using it like maps, video, mp3 bluetooth, plugged it into tv to watch the spiderman thing got halway thru and it switched off

Shop staff have little idea and even less training in the finer points of operating modern electronic devices! (go into any phone shop and ask if they have a phone that is HSDPA enabled!)
Never condition, cycle or allow to fully drain any li-ion battery.
Always charge at every opportunity and this will assist in keeping the battery in peak condition.
