Where i live i use to have good t-mobile gsm & umts but it has gone poor i can see my local t-mobile mast but over the last year trees in front of the mast have grown right in front of it can t-mobile cut these trees back as they are only a few meters in front of the mast and bigger than the mast

strictly no, the only people who can cut down or cut back the trees are the local council or the owner of the land

T-Mobile have provisions in place for this sort of thing, the tech who looks after that area should have noticed this problem in their travels and passed it over to their estates manager to deal with.

Could you let me know what your postcode is, the system won't let me report it without a postcode, you should be able to email it if you don't want to post it. Thanks

Sorry to piggyback on this thread but the T-Mobile cell in the G40 3RE postcode is not allowing data connections, any attempt to connect to it fails and it has been down since last week. No problems connecting elsewhere in Glasgow.
